I hired Sam to cater a small dinner party at my home. I was completely wowed from start to finish. Sam helped me to design a menu that would work for everyone (including meat eaters and vegans!) and presented everything perfectly. It was amazing and I mean soooo delicious. I can't recommend Sam enough. I will use him again for sure and only wish I could have him cook every meal for me..
