We agreed on this order a week in advance and I drove with tools 2 hours from home, I called the customer in advance, but he did not pick up the phone, but since we agreed at first, I thought he still needed my help, when I arrived at the appointed time, I knocked and rang the doorbell, waiting for more than 20 minutes, it was heard that someone was at home, but no one opened, when I heard footsteps outside the door and a silhouette, I asked if I still needed my help or could I leave? No one answered. I left, then Owen called phone, told me to get out of his house and his life, that he would call the police. Very sorry for the time spent and complete misunderstanding on the part of this customer. @Thumbtack
