I highly recommend Evolve Health, Chef Jennifer is a great chef and nutritionist. Being a young professional in fintech, I was struggling to find time to cook quality food that met my dietary needs. I'm lactose intolerant, and I participate in various sports throughout the week therefore I have strict diet needs. I need food that would allow to me to do a 60 hr work week, and have enough energy to be able to stay active. Jennifer and I came up with a plan where I'm eating a balanced diet, thats sugar free and low on carbs, with lots of greens! The protein bars are my favorite also the vegan BLT, shrimp tacos, salmon and rice. Jennifer stands out because of the knowledge of food that she posses, so whenever I have questions about food I trust her opinion. I'm naturally slim but I had a good amount of body fat from my previous diet. I went from 13-15% body fat to 10% and I only lost 5lbs of weight, in addition to my exercise routine. The food that I eat now is real, and once you start eating clean, you will not go back! The time you save from cooking and the quality of food is well worth it.

Jennifer's 12 week refuel and reboot program was great! Her coaching and meal planning truely made an impact on helping me shred down on a plant based diet. Over the weeks we dailed in and fine tuned my nutrition which resulted in a 9lb loss while maintaining muscle mass. Moreover, I'd like to highlight Jennifer's communication skills and program structure, both excellent and made the process fun and easily applicable.

I have been working with Jennifer for the past two weeks and have already lost 6lbs! Not only have I lost weight but I have also learned proper nutrition and the impact it has on your body physically and mentally. I can not say enough great things about Jennifer as a nutrition coach. She is patient and listens to your concerns and understands the struggle with weight loss and will work with you to help you understand the many factors that affect your weight. I saw the best results working with Jennifer. Her program was easy to follow, taught me a lot and had some great recipes I will certainly continue to use. I lost the weight I was looking to lose and have been able to keep it off! She made understanding nutrition easy, and helped me to better select certain foods in the stores and how to read nutrition labels. I also improved greatly in my meal prep skills! She was excellent at keeping me on track and focused with her constant check ins and our talks. Jennifer was a fabulous coach and I would recommend her to anyone!
