I’m a very complicated eater. I don’t eat meat, I occasionally like tofu, but after too long, it gets disgusting. I slip up every time I’m with friends or family and I always lack consistency. Jenny knows how to fix all of those things and find what’s best for YOU! She doesn’t make you feel bad for slipping up, she doesn’t ‘shame’ you, she comes up with a new plan and finds the ‘why’. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve messed up and said “this doesn’t work either” and she found my ‘why’. She helps you understand proper nutrition and then sets you free to be able to do it on your own. She’s also a total girls girl and I love that about her 😂 very relatable! Worth the money!
