I am so pleased that we used Amy Coxhead, Esq for our new wills and trusts. I found her on Thumbtack, and you’re never quite sure how it’s going to go, but I can say that our experience could not have gone any better. Her communication is outstanding, and her thoroughness was impressive. She arranged everything remotely for us, including a notary to come right to our house to finalize our documents. She included a very organized binder for all of the items, including tabs for each important subject area. On top of all that, the cost was less than what a typical trust should cost! After the documents were completed and filed, she’s been available for follow up questions that have arose ( one even totally unrelated to our trust) and she did not charge us, even when she has to research the answers. It is a pleasure to work with Amy! I highly recommend her for your wills, trusts, and estate planning matters. Gary

Amy did an amazing job helping my family set up POA documents for my in-laws. She was able to accomplish this while they lived abroad. Most of my services have flat-fee prices, occasionally it is hourly for more complex projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Phone, FaceTime or Zoom consultation to start. Then, after coming up with a plan, drafting, review, and signing.
