Let me start by saying, I highly recommend Consider It Done Management . Their tenant background check process has always resulted in finding responsible, good paying tenants. When a tenant has a maintenance problem, Consider It Done Management immediately addresses the issue and doesn't wait around for the problem to get worse. I've used Consider It Done Management for over 4 years and have never had an issue with their company.
