- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyers agent, our customers do not pay for our services. In fact, we offer a substantial cashback up to 25% of our commission at closing. So buyers can get paid to use us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and describe what type and size of home you are looking for and what your price range you are comfortable with. We will begin a search of properties that best suite your criteria and are priced appropriately. If you like any of the options that we send to you, we will set up a convenient time to go and see them. If you are a seller we will come to see your house and give you a free home evaluation, comparing it to those currently on the market as well as ones that have recently sold in your area.
