Introduction
After many years of working for companies up north sanding and refinishing solid wood floors I worked up my courage and started on my own here in the beautiful South Florida. It hasn’t been easy but the level of quality and the desire of becoming the best all around has made my company a well know name specially in the Island of Palm Beach. We have worked for The Who is who in Palm Beach and Vicinities, from Multimillion dollar mansions to the old Florida homes from the turn of the centuries with the beautiful Dade county Pine ( sadly an extinct species) small cottages near Downtown Lake Worth to the old Northwood neighborhood just north of Downtown West Palm. Always putting the needs of our wonderful clients first. Quality and great prices is our #1 goal in life.

I reached out to Palm Beach Flooring Services Inc. via Thumbtack to request a quick quote. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the owner. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized that their services were out of my budget, so I politely explained my situation and asked a few questions for future reference in case I could hire them later on.
To my shock, the owner reacted very rudely. He started yelling at me, blaming me for supposedly costing him $83 for the lead. He even sent me a screenshot of the Thumbtack charge and ended the conversation by saying, "Get lost."
This kind of unprofessional and aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend doing business with someone so disrespectful and unkind—not in a million years.

I hired this company to redo oak flooring at my mother’s home. They gave me a fair estimate, started the work promptly the next week and were a pleasure to deal with throughout. The floors were so well done that I hired them the following week to do the floors and custom stairs at my own home, and the oak floors at my sister’s home. Again the workmanship was exceptional. Highly recommend!!
