Shannon has taught me so many skills, not just in yoga, but in life. She's taught me how to feel better in body and mind, and reminds me to bresthe and focus on being a human being, not a human doing. The work she puts in to planning her private lessons is incredible, and shows astonishing results (I have seen some of her other clients as well) She is absolutely worth your while.
