Don did our kitchen backsplash. He came out and provided a thorough consultation with cost estimate. He was able to return the following week to do the one-day job. He explained everything ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect. The day of the job, he was a hardworker and got the job done in the timeline as expected. He did a great job, and we are thoroughly happy with our new kitchen backsplash.

Upon my request for a quote, Don responded back in a timely and professional manner. We set up a time and date for him to review the work and in a couple days I received the quote as promised. After accepting it Don scheduled the work; he and his team was quite prompt on the day and those following so he can keep to the schedule and finish as promised. Each day he and his team cleaned up and took care so there would be no damages along their work path. I trust Don and will be using him again for upcoming projects. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is base solely on the project and the scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the client to understand their vision in the project they are hiring out. At this point I meet my client at the project site to review the project and to better understand exactly what my clients want to create and what their expectation are regarding the project. A deposit is made by the client to secure a start date and the project is scheduled. The scope of work is created which outlines the project and what needs to get done along with the materials needed to complete it. At which point the project is started and finished on time, meeting my clients specifications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the home renovation business since I was a child. Since 2002 I have been buying and flipping homes. Over the past 17 years I have renovated hundreds of homes where I've taken diamonds in the rough and turned them into the showcase home of the neighborhood.
