FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think I’m fair with my prices. I try to let every one experience the feeling of having a nice clean home. For my customers that have a regular set cleaning schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), I come up with a price that is mutually advantageous. After a couple of cleanings I will be able to gauge the amount of time necessary for your normal cleaning job, and can offer a lower set price once I know the difficultly of your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and provide a service that caters to the needs of all customer's new and old. I have a generic checklist that the customer and I can use as a basis for making a specific checklist for the new customer. Some people want minimal help e.g., just the kitchen and bathrooms bi-weekly, or maximum help e.g., change and wash all bedding from all bedrooms, do other laundry as time allows, fill and empty the dishwasher on a weekly basis. Or perhaps something in between, which most customers select.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning business for over 20 years, and most of my jobs (right out of high school) were cleaning jobs at high end hotels right on the beach of the Gulf coast of Florida. I also commercial fished for 15yr.'s, so both of these help me in what I do today. I'm punctual, honest, hard working, I can give suggestions & i'm pretty strong
