Igor, the Fuse tech, made a house call and determined that my ancient dishwasher’s drain pump was broken. He searched several suppliers and found one with a part that would fit, and ordered it. In a few days, the part arrived and Fuse then scheduled another visit. The Fuse techs, Igor and Alex, arrived as scheduled, got right to work and Installed the new drain pump. At my request they also installed a new disposal, replacing my very old and loud one. They tested both and cleaned up everything before leaving. The cost of the first service call was deducted from the charges for the parts and installation visit. I thought the total charge was reasonable. All of the Fuse employees, including those doing the scheduling and the service techs, were professionally polite and competent. I would highly recommend Fuse.

I had a fridge full of food and needed a repair person FAST! Fuse was amazing! The kind and patient voice who answered was more than willing to help fix my problem! Igor Mita came out the very same day early. He was professional, has all his equipment and knew exactly what was wrong with my fridge very quickly. Parts needed to be ordered and within a day, Igor was back making the repairs!! This company is top notch! Excellent! Will call them for all our refrigerator needs in the future!!

Showed up when he said he was going to check out everything there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher. It was electrical and that aspect of it. Your company doesnt handle so put everything back together again and went on his merry way so Service was fine.

The techs, Igor and Alex, arrived on time. They got right to work, installing a new disposal, and replacing a drain pump in my ancient dishwasher. Professional, seemed extremely proficient, and personable. They tested both, and left work areas clean. Charged the amount we had agreed. Very pleased with Fuse.
