We had chef Mike for our Valentine’s Day dinner for myself and my husband. From the beginning he was very responsive with all my questions and made it very easy and comfortable to book with him. Now lets talk about the event experience, from the moment they walked in everything was professional and top notch, we felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant in our own home. From the ambience they create to the music, the food was excellent and the attention to detail was amazing. I will definitely be using Elite Dining experience again and would recommend to anyone who wants a top of the line experience without breaking the bank. Thank you Chef Mike ♥️❤️

We hired Chef Mike of Elite Dining Services as our personal chef for Christmas, and the experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Chef Mike was professional, punctual, and came fully prepared with everything needed to finish cooking and serve our meal seamlessly. Leading up to the event, he spent time consulting with us on the menu and was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and flexible with every request. He even created a personalized menu, beautifully printed and brought with him, which added such a special touch to the evening. The food itself was outstanding—expertly prepared, thoughtfully presented, and truly memorable. Everyone left the table completely satisfied, with plenty of delicious leftovers to enjoy afterward. As part of his cleanup process, Chef Mike carefully packed and labeled everything, which was above and beyond what we expected. Beyond his skill in the kitchen, Chef Mike has a warm, welcoming personality and carries himself like a true craftsman. His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for the experience made the evening feel effortless and elevated. We couldn’t recommend Chef Mike and Elite Dining Services more highly. It was a delight to work with this team, and they definitely delivered top-notch, professional service. The food was sensational and exactly what I had hope for. We had about 15 guest in a home for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

What a great choice - our experience could not have been better! Chef Mike’s culinary expertise was a work of art! The taste of every dish was incredible. His professionalism and his concern for even the smallest detail certainly earns him 5 stars! Not to mention braised ribs that were falling off the bone!

Chef Mike is wonderful! He was able to come out to my client's house and do meal prep for the week with less than 24 hours' notice. He was able to use his culinary knowledge to create a menu without me asking for certain things. He truly went out of his way to get everything done. He is very responsive and picks up the phone at all hours of the day. The food looked presentable and tasted amazing!!
