I was definitely excited about bringing so many Caribbean flavors to your dinner table. I'm sure that your family could feel the love in every bite. It's always been a goal of mine to create and cook dishes that will make you and your guests feel right at home! To see you and your family enjoying every coarse that was prepared was priceless. To hear about your past dining experiences in restaurants and label my bread pudding with my secret rum sauce as the best that y'all have ever had! I'm Speechless! I'm grateful that you chose Elite Dining Experience LLC for your family Christmas dinner. I want to personal thank you and Steven for being two amazing individuals. I also want to thank you for such a warm welcome into a place that I've never been! We definitely can look forward to creating many delicious dishes together in the future. I'm glad to hear that your clients enjoyed the food and the different taste variations for their weekly meal prep. Just to name a few back yard BBQ- bbq chicken, baked beans, potato salad, & corn, Indian style Curry Chicken with rice, Southern Soul Food - baked chicken, collard greens, cornbread, macaroni & cheese, rice and many other combinations. Food that make you look forward to eating lol. As a personal Chef my goal is to provided amazing tasting food even from a meal prep stand point.
