Chef Mike DELIVERS!!! We hired him and his team to cater dinner and brunch for a 80th Birthday party. Not only was the food delicious but he also assisted us in a cake and that was amazing!!! He's easy to work with and goes above and beyond what I expect most private chefs to do!!!

I can tell that everyone enjoyed the entire weekend menu including the complementary omelet station that I set up for them. They loved the fresh hot omelettes that were made to order, the fresh Belgium Waffles, the Shrimp & Grits along with the many other items that I cooked for them during their Sunday morning Brunch. All they could do was talk about Saturday nights food during their Sunday Brunch lol. We had an absolutely incredible experience having Chef Mike prepare a special dinner for us in our home. From our very first communication, he was professional, responsive, easy to work with, and completely open to my requests. He made the entire process feel effortless.
And then came the food… WOW! Every course was absolutely fabulous and far exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything delicious, but the entire evening felt special and elevated. Chef Mike was engaging, personable, and made the experience so much more than simply having someone cook dinner for us.
One thing that really impressed me was his attention to detail. He was extremely conscious of our home and kitchen, and when the evening was over, he left everything just as he found it. He even prepared enough food for us to enjoy some wonderful leftovers the next day which was an unexpected bonus!
I truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience. If you're considering having a personal chef in your home, book Chef Mike without hesitation. The food, professionalism, personality, and overall experience were all exceptional. We will absolutely have him back again!
