- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is probably one of the best in the area simply because we love the work and love helping people. We make sure you are satisfied with the work and price. For service calls, our hourly rates are industry standard, $45 for the first hour, then $45/hr, plus parts and materials. The majority of our service calls are completed within 2 hours, so a typical residential job usually winds up costing around $150-250. For installations and complex services that require per project pricing, we provide quotes that are either lump sum or time + materials, depending on the scope of work being performed. We make sure to discuss these issues upfront with our customers so there are no hidden surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to our customers needs, give our professional advice, give multiple options, perform work asap and then make sure you are satisfied! The process typically starts with a phone call or follow up email to clarify a few requirements. From there, a site visit is scheduled so that we can identify any problems and discuss with the customer his/her needs and expectations. These steps generally give us enough information to provide the customer with an informed estimate of the work required, including labor and materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing irrigation, home remodeling, tig welding, for over 16 years. I worked for large companies but realized I can provide better quality work while saving the customer money.
