What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is $30, and it is applied toward the repair if you choose to move forward with the service. We always explain the problem and provide the repair price before starting any work. No hidden fees. Discounts may also be available depending on the service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the appliance problem and scheduling a convenient appointment time. Our technician performs a full diagnostic, explains what caused the issue, and provides the repair price. Once approved, we complete the repair as quickly as possible and test the appliance before finishing the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, microwaves, and other major home appliances. We are also EPA certified and continue to improve our technical knowledge through ongoing training and real-world repair experience.
