when he found his way to my home he workd fast to diagnose the problem. he was very competent. unfortunately the cost of repair was not worth it. I was charged a very fair service charge. one thing that needs attention to Thumbtack's business mode that doesn't work for me is that you have too many people receiving the call and it is hard to distinguish which person has already spoken. Maye you try not sending the message to more than 2 at the same time.
