After having my roof and some of the wooden soffit replaced, I asked Andrew to paint the soffit and the metal near the top of my chimney. He sanded the metal then primed it and the bear wood then painted it. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. He did a great job and I give him my highest rating.

We were extremely pleased having Kolos Construction (Andrew) come to install two mailboxes on our properties. He did an amazing job and they are a huge upgrade from what was there! Andrew is very responsive here on Thumbtack. He answered all my questions and quote needs in light speed. I was really thankful for this kind of response. Nowadays many people do not respond which makes getting a project done difficult. He was very personable and an all around nice person which goes a long way!
