Donnie was on time (actually early) for out inspection. He was friendly, wore shoe covers, and talked me through every step he was taking. It was super helpful because I don't know the correct terms for anything and wasn't sure what could be causing our issues and he gently explained what was going on, what his plan was, and took tons of photos and spent a lot of time in both attics to truly get an idea of how the project would move forward. We are actually excited about getting everything fixed and working with a team who actually cares about their customers. Several times, we asked the owner and tech what they would do if this were their home and they transparently guided us through what was necessary, what was something we could explore later down the road, and what was simply not needed. They are honest, punctual, knowledgable and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What seemed like the right choice for a reliable HVAC company has turned into a three-month nightmare.At first, Nolar Air was responsive and professional. The salesperson, Ricky, promised a quality installation, but the problems started the very next day when I discovered the duct connection to the air handler was leaking.The installation workmanship was poor. Nolar Air replaced the supply plenum three times and still couldn't fix the problem. I eventually had to pay another HVAC company out of my own pocket to correct their work. To make matters worse, more than three months after the installation, the system still has not passed the required city inspection.We've also had ongoing issues with the outdoor unit since day one. I've sent multiple videos to the office manager, but the problem remains unresolved.We also have a humidity issue. After waiting nearly three months for a service call, the technician who finally came out didn't troubleshoot the problem or contact a Daikin representative as promised. Instead, he tried to sell us additional equipment.I gave Nolar Air every opportunity to make things right, but after months of delays, poor workmanship, failed repair attempts, an installation that still hasn't passed city inspection, and broken promises, I'm extremely disappointed. If you're considering this company, I recommend doing your research and considering other options.I have been left with a non code complaint installation and a unit that is not performing as promise.
