Our outside condenser and fan unit stopped working last night. Spencer was right on top of my estimate request on Thumbtack and came over in morning and fixed the unit. Spencer is a pro who knows his skills and would also guide you on what he is doing. I’d highly recommend him for any airconditioning work.

I contacted Vinson Heating & Cooling on a Saturday morning. A technician arrived with 45 minutes of my call. Our air was struggling to cool our home, running non stop since yesterday. Our technician quickly located a leak within our outside unit and was able to repair it and have our air back on within a 2-3 hour window. I messaged Vinson Heating & Cooling and received an immediate response where they dispatched Brent to take a look at my AC which wasn’t blowing efficiently. Brent quickly found and corrected the error and explained to me thoroughly what the problem was so I understood. Will definitely use them in the future as I have multiple rental units in the area and their promptness and punctuality put them over the top.
Definitely recommend! This company saved me! My 19 seer Trane air conditioner unit was not working. I called out 2 companies who couldn’t help me (because they had no idea of how to work on my high-tech ac system) before I contacted these guys. Vinson had my problem fixed the very next morning!
