Our outside condenser and fan unit stopped working last night. Spencer was right on top of my estimate request on Thumbtack and came over in morning and fixed the unit. Spencer is a pro who knows his skills and would also guide you on what he is doing. I’d highly recommend him for any air conditioning work.

I contacted Vinson Heating & Cooling on a Saturday morning. A technician arrived with 45 minutes of my call. Our air was struggling to cool our home, running non stop since yesterday. Our technician quickly located a leak within our outside unit and was able to repair it and have our air back on within a 2-3 hour window. If you are looking for honest, dependable, fast service I would recommend Vinson Heating & Cooling.

I had called them because I just had new duct work and an 18 seer Ac done about 9 months before from a different AC company and my back room was still warmer than the rest of the house. Now when I originally got the ductwork done they replaced about 90 percent. One of the owners came out and gave me an estimate and told me the best thing to do is a home run line to that room. Since it was a Friday and a holiday on Monday and it wasn't an emergency he had one of his guys come out on Tuesday (Today). Do feel a difference in that back room and it was a very reasonably priced fixed. They ac guy also told me he looked for leaks and fixed sured up areas that needed to ensure no leaks. I will update if there are any issues but so far seems like it was definitely 5 star service..Definitely give them a shot it doesn't seem like they want to fix things that don't need fixing and tried to solve my problem without trying to gauge me with price..
