Ken was outstanding! We moved here a few years ago, so we had to establish a whole new network, including help with our computers. We had already had a bad experience trying to find someone to help me setup a new computer, which led me to Ken and Brava. He is very knowledgeable and brings his service directly to you in your home. He takes his time to understand what is needed, is very courteous as well as reasonable pricing to boot! If you need assistance with your computer or setting up your network in your house, you would be missing exceptional work if you didn’t discuss with Ken and Brava. I can assure you, I will be calling Ken if and when we need assistance!

I’m really impressed with the work Ken did resolving my access point issue. I had hired a company prior but the system never worked as expected.
