Patrick, the owner of Safe Circuit is fantastic. He is responsive, knowledgeable, does great quality work and is an all around nice guy. He recently changed our electrical panel at our house. He pulled all the necessary permits, pricing was very competitive, job was done to the schedule he promised and the it was done the right way. No short cuts here. Great job Patrick! Patrick is amazing! He contacted me Friday after I put in my request, and came on Monday. We discussed my needs and he quoted me fairly and got the job done in about 2 hours. I highly recommend him for all your electrical needs. He replaced the fan, wired the light to a switch, and put the light on a dimmer, and replaced the chandelier and put it on a dimmer switch. Really solid work!

My pricing is fair and upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After arrival and meeting clients: If it a service call for troubleshooting or repair: I first go over the situation with the client & diagnose the issue. Then I advise client of what options they have to correct the situation and go from there. For all other jobs : I first go over with the client exactly what they are trying to accomplish and what their thoughts were on how they want to accomplish. Then, I would advise them on how/if their idea would be done along with any other suggestions I could recommend to get the job done the best way possible.
