- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After arrival and meeting clients: If it a service call for troubleshooting or repair: I first go over the situation with the client & diagnose the issue. Then I advise client of what options they have to correct the situation and go from there. For all other jobs : I first go over with the client exactly what they are trying to accomplish and what their thoughts were on how they want to accomplish. Then, I would advise them on how/if their idea would be done along with any other suggestions I could recommend to get the job done the best way possible.
