FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 4 hour, 6 hour and 8 plus hour package. For those that are coming here to Florida and need a photographer for 1 to 2 hours can consult with me for special coverage only prices. Destination Prices are based on the Destination. I typically charge my normal rates plus the travel expenses. Even with travel expenses added onto my normal prices, I'm still one of the most affordable Destination Wedding Photographers that you will find. My prices are very affordable, fits all budgets and the end result will leave you with more photos than you know what to do with. I do not put a limit on how many photos I take. I work with all bridal budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear about their wedding and event, get to know the client better and assist them with their budget and needs. If they are local, I'll meet with my customers in person and for those of my customers that are destination, I set up a Skype or Face time meeting online so that the interaction is more personal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Award Winning Photographers in my teen years back when Film was of existence. In High School, I developed all of my own film and worked in a real darkroom.. For those that are in the Digital world and have never worked around film, it was an extraordinary benefit for my skills because with film you had to understand exposure and aperture and you had to get all of the photos right the first time. There was no such thing as deleting photos from your camera and going back and taking more. So understanding light, and everything around photography had to be done the right way, the first time. After High School, I attended the International Academy for Design and Technology with a focus in Digital Photography and completed my Associates of Science Degree. That form of education was beneficial in the sense that the school focused its teaching on studio lighting, more so than anything else. It was great to learn however I'm not too much a studio photographer as most of my work is out on the field. I always stay up to date with what is going on in the industry. I attend workshops and conventions to make sure that the products that I offer my clients are above and beyond.
