Hi there, welcome to Serenity Photo. We are a husband and wife team that is based between Tampa Bay Florida, and Toronto Canada. Although we are new to Thumbtack we have travelled and photographed in more than 36+ countries around the globe. We specialize in commercial photography focused on local and destination weddings, portraits, lifestyle,fashion & glamour, dance, sports, high-profile events, and mother nature herself. We are passionate and excited to shoot images that have important meanings behind them. We pride ourselves in being an environmentally friendly company in all we do. Right on time, very very friendly attitude. Interactive with all my friends n family making them feel relaxed and happier to take pictures. Couldn't have got better photographer then him for my event... definitely covering all my future events without any doubt.

I hired Serenity Photo for my sons 21st birthday party. The party was a surprise at a venue that Sean had never visited before. The time of hire was only approximately 3 weeks prior to the event. I almost regularly contacted Serenity Photo via email and ALWAYS received prompt, informative and extremely courteous responses. Jodeyne was always "at the other end" with kindness, providing me with answers and much needed peace of mind. She was so awesome that I was actually disappointed that she was unable to attend with Sean. On event day (4/22/2017) Sean arrived early to explore the facility indoors and outdoors as well. Seeking the perfect areas for the best photographs. He arrived professionally dressed, was very neat and clean. He has a great calming personality and was a pleasure working with. Sean was able to candidly photograph my unsuspecting son as he entered the venue and STILL was able to capture the guest of honor entering the room and photographing the shock on his face!! During the party, Sean was unobtrusive and never in our way. All the guests are still raving about his personality and ability to make them feel comfortable. The small children all loved him and were drawn to Sean like a magnet. We all had the best night ever, and it felt as if Sean were a guest there as well. Everyone loved him. He did take our family outdoors for a few family shots as well. That was quite funny, we ALL had tons of laughs out there. (Right Sean?) A few of my guests requested his business card for upcoming events. I HIGHLY recommend Serenity Photo and am happy that I "did my research" outside of ThumbTack before hiring from my response list of quotes. My friends and family now have their future photography needs covered as long as Serenity Photo is available for their events. It's been less than 48 hours since my event, so I cannot attest to our photos yet, but I will return to update if ThumbTack allows. But I have AbSoLuTeLy no doubts in my mind that they'll be breathtaking. Thank you so much SERENITY PHOTO, Jodeyne & Sean ~ Two kind spirits.

Sean did an outstanding Job. He was punctual, friendly with my family and guest. Everyone loved him. He was very creative with his photography shots and he was open to creative picture ideas we had as well. We live in Ga and were nervous about booking a photographer in another state. They returned messages and emails very quickly. We can't wait to see the pictures, we are beyond excited!!!!

I just wanted to drop a little note, to say what a wonderful experience I had during my Serenity Photo shoots, not only is Sean talented, he also makes you feel so relaxed, and really encourages you to be yourself and go for it! We treat each new project on a case by case basis and tailor a custom package to suit the individuals needs and wants. We are up front in our fees and have no hidden costs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love photography! Everything about it excites me, from Brides, to Children, to People and Events of the World all the way to Mother Nature herself; imagery makes me stop and think about life. I specialize in relationships first and this is why I love to shoot Commercial Wedding Photography, Lifestyle Portraits, and Dance and Sport. When shooting with people my ability to adapt to people fits into my niche very well. It does not matter if it's a glorious vista or a glamorous moment of a model, I like to capture my subjects in a serene fashion. I use time, patience and communication as I focus on my subject watching for that special moment to happen. And Click! My aim is to capture that stunning image with that particular expression or a meaningful pose to freeze it in time and show it to the world, a vision of my clients true person in a natural and sincere way that what I am after.
