Elite Exterminators were extremely responsive. After submitting my inquiry, I received a reply within an hour. I also received a follow-up phone call. Setting up an appointment for WDO inspection was easy. I also had to wait only a day for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Dan called me informing me that he was en route. He arrived on time, verified the scheduled service, and completed the work promptly. He also answered all my questions and provided me with the requested quotes on-site. I received my WDO report in less that 24-hours.

They gained a loyal customer in me! They were so quick to come out, so kind, the person who came out also seemed very caring about animals and the most humane and effective way to approach our problem. They even helped do extra for us they really go above and beyond!!! Couldn’t be happier!! I can tell they are honest too, others would quote me vastly different prices and would change their mind, and yet they came in with a fair option that felt the most honest to me. So I also really trust them! I highly recommend these guys!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on scope of work. The costs depend on:
-the size of the problem
-accessibility (attic, crawl space, roofline, etc.)
-materials required (labor time, level of damage or contamination)
Our prices are very competitive and being a smaller company, that gives us the advantage to be so competitive.
We give a $35 referral fee to any customer that refers us to another.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a quote, once customer approves, schedule the treatment to be done ASAP! You don't have to wait for us to get the work done, we have the supplies on hand and can usually get the job done the same day or within 24 hours!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 Certified Operators working for our company with over 30 years experience- both certified in GHP, Termite, Lawn & Fumigation.
Our technician/Inspector has been in the industry over 10 years- and is also licensed in GHP.
