- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on scope of work. The costs depend on: -the size of the problem -accessibility (attic, crawl space, roofline, etc.) -materials required (labor time, level of damage or contamination) Our prices are very competitive and being a smaller company, that gives us the advantage to be so competitive. We give a $35 referral fee to any customer that refers us to another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a quote, once customer approves, schedule the treatment to be done ASAP! You don't have to wait for us to get the work done, we have the supplies on hand and can usually get the job done the same day or within 24 hours!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 Certified Operators working for our company with over 30 - both certified in GHP, Termite, Lawn & Fumigation. Our technician/Inspector has been in the industry over 8 years- and is also licensed in GHP.
