Consruction Mang.. design,estimating,budgeting,purchasing,scheduling,and supervising. Owner pays all vendors and suppliers direct,meaning owner controls funds. Contractor fee is a flat fee based time of job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting to discuss job concept. Next step is survey to establish maximum foot print of building. Then preliminary/final design. Estimating and Budget are being created at same time. Then permitting
