Our washer was leaking and they came out next day to take a look. They inspected thoroughly and let us know what our next steps needed to be. It ended up being a separate plumbing issue that we will have to contact a plumber about, however, while they were here they even adjusted our dryer hose because they saw that it needed attended to and stated “it’ll take just a few minutes”. Extremely kind, considerate, and responsive. Would definitely use them again.

I needed my sink fixed and my garbage disposal repaired in a hurry and Jay was there the next day. Not only did he rebuild my cabinet floor due to the water leak he he fixed the sink and disposal effortlessly. I highly recommend as he was professional and explained everything to me so I would understand what was needed. Very reasonable as well.

I had a great experience with Apex Appliance Care. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was causing my refrigerator to keep freezing up while the refrigerator section wasn’t cooling properly. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty defrost sensor, removed the ice buildup, replaced the sensor, and tested everything afterward to make sure it was working correctly.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, pricing was clearly explained, and I received a detailed receipt along with a 90-day warranty on the repair. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally everything was handled. I would definitely recommend Apex Appliance Care and would use them again if I ever need another appliancerepair.

I hired him to install an above the range microwave he did an excellent job. I also asked about a couple of other small jobs. He started the dry wall repair that was needed to install a new towel rack the same day. Came prepared with everything he needed. The job was done professionally and with great attention to detail. He was on time, efficient, and left the area clean when finished. I was happy with the results and would definitely recommend him and hire in the future. Reasonable in price too.

Jay takes care to do the best job he can and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. The microwave he installed arrived from Amazon dented, which created an issue for installation. Instead of returning the microwave to Amazon, Jay fixed the dent and installed it. Several months later when I encountered an issue with the exhaust fan, Jay returned to check that the microwave exhaust fan was working as planned. He quickly worked me into his schedule and did not charge me for the service call. Thank you!
