Denny was great! Arrived on time and did a quick assessment of the items we'd already discussed. He made a quick run to the Home Depot and was off! I felt like we were dying a death by a thousand cuts with all the minor home repairs that were adding up. In less than half a day, Denny: - Rescreened a porch door - Reattached another porch door - Patched and painted a cieling crack - Patched and painted anchor holes in the laundry nook - Reattached a damaged wire rack and sealed the previous holes - Caulked and sealed baseboards in 3 bedrooms - Reattached 2 sliding trifold closet doors
And cleaned it all up after plus left us the extra materials if we needed to fix anything again. Highly recommend.

Denny did a wonderful job on the mailbox install and the new kitchen faucet install. He was polite and professional. He had all the tools necessary right on hand. When he went to put the new mailbox on the post, it was smaller than the old one. So, he cut the existing platform to fit the new mailbox. It looks perfect and even the mail person approved. 😁 He even offered to come back and paint the post (when is cooler) and offered to change out my faucet shut off valves (since those need to be done, too. I will definitely hire Denny again because my repair list has a few things I'm unable to fix. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is as honest as your grandma’s apple pie - no hidden fees, no weird math. I charge based on time, skill, and the occasional elbow grease. I might not be the cheapest guy in town, but I am the guy who shows up, finishes the job, and doesn’t leave your drywall looking like a crime scene. Oh, and if you’re kind, offer coffee, we might just talk discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: You reach out. Step 2: I don’t ghost you (crazy, right?). Step 3: We chat, I ask questions, you ask questions, we figure out what needs fixing, building, or installing. Then I show up with tools, know-how, and a positive attitude. I treat every home like it’s my mom’s, minus the plastic-covered couch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Let’s just say I’ve got a PhD in “Figuring Things Out When YouTube Fails.” Years of hands-on work, hundreds of happy clients, and I’ve only electrocuted myself once (kidding… kind of). I’ve trained under some of the best - by which I mean old-school pros who believed a hammer and duct tape could solve world problems. I’ve also taken courses and keep up with new tools and codes, because being handy shouldn’t mean being outdated.
