- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call is $160, and that covers up to 2 hours of work. If I finish faster, I’m happy to do a little extra for you within that time frame. I always offer discounts for reviews or repeat bookings. Want to save even more? Be flexible with your time, and I can combine your job with another in the same area — less driving for me, less cost for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the whole process simple and stress-free for you and me. - Tell me the details (what needs to be done, preferred time). Photos are always a plus! -I provide you with a transparent quote for the cost and time. - We confirm the appointment time. - I arrive, do the job, and we inspect the result together. - You're happy, I'm happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My real training is hands-on work. Years of experience and dozens of challenging projects have built my skills. I stay updated on the latest tools to ensure you get the best and safest service
