We had an excellent experience with Mr. ProFIX. Vlad initially came out to fix our dishwasher. He assessed it promptly and gave us a very good discount to fix, but advised the 25-year-old dishwasher didn't have much life left. He offered to help us with assessing a new dishwasher, and installing it when the time came. We told him about an issue with our refrigerator. He immediately assessed it to be dirty coils (which haven't been cleaned for 25 years!). He went right to work and did a great job. He added many more years to our refrigerator! I highly recommend Mr. ProFIX for appliance repair, maintenance, and electrical services. Vlad is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the equipment he is tasked to diagnose and repair. Very affordable! We will use Mr. ProFIX for A/C maintenance, as well.

We had a great experience! Vlad was very knowledgeable, quick and accommodating.
Our microwave went on the fritz and we called Mr. Profix and Vlad came out the same day and was honest in telling us we’d be better off buying a new one as it cost as much to repair it, (it’s 6 yrs old) and we agreed. He picked it up, installed it in no time! I asked if he can fix things, he said yes and I showed him the slider door latch wasn’t working properly. As soon as he looked at he knew exactly where it needed adjusted and a few minutes it was done! I was so happy, we love this guy, he knows what he’s doing and very fair. We are having him back for more jobs. As many know, it’s really hard finding honest, competent help these days, it feels good that we called the right guy and glad to recommend him.

We are SO happy we found Vlad. He was fast, very professional, very skilled and very knowledgable. He was in out quickly. He diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it the very next day! It is SO nice to find an HONEST repairman with such knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely be calling him again in the future should we need any repairs.
