- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different that's why it's good to ask for an estimate first but we basically price the job according to the size of the home, how long it will take, and what type of job is required. We don't charge by the hour, we charge by the job. We offer a discount on standard & deep cleans for new customers and have other offers for existing customers. We also offer free estimates and a final price upon seeing the home. There are no extra fees after the final price is given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by welcoming our client and sending out a letter or welcome packet to thank them for using our service. Also, early and frequent communication is key. It is important to us to keep our clients feeling at ease and knowing what to expect by having open and frequent communication. Next, punctuality is a must. Our cleaners are required to always be on time. Additionally, we provide all our own supplies unless the customer requests otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of professional experience in the field including training in housekeeping safety & hazards, time management, hospitality, customer service, interpersonal relationships, communication, & I am OSHA trained & certified.
