I've used this company a couple of times for Airbnb cleaning, and they do a great job at making sure the extras are done (restocking amenities, making beds a certain way, etc). They even let me know what supplies I need for the next clean, which I appreciate because past companies I have worked with, did not do that.
When they cleaned one of our Airbnbs the first time, it was a little last minute, but they had no problem fitting me into their schedule which I really liked. Yes they are a bit expensive, but I have full confidence the home will be ready for the next guests, and that makes the price worth it for me!
Details: 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Vacation rental cleaning • Laundry • Baseboard cleaning • No pets in home • Just once

Geidy responded promptly when we were looking for housecleaning. She arrived before time (after confirming with us whether or not it would be okay). She went over in detail what services we requested of her and what she was going to be doing then asked for permission to begin. She worked quickly and thoroughly. She had a professional demeanor and enthusiastic spirit. We had a bathroom on the second floor cleaned and the entire first floor cleaned. Everything was spotless and smelling amazing when she was done. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is searching for home cleaning, and we will definitely be using her services on a consistent basis moving forward.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The budget you get when making your reservation is the cost of your cleaning service, which is calculated based on the number of bathrooms and bedrooms your home has. Prices are fair considering the quality of service. I will not come to your house to give you an estimate, the information that the application sends us is enough for us. Before carrying out a regular cleaning, we will always do a deep service first and from there start with regular maintenance cleanings of your home in which you will receive a discount. We assure you that we will clean your house as if it were our own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive my client's reservation, I review their request and respond immediately. When my client responds to me, I agree with him the date and time to provide my services. I always work based on the budget that the application gives, so I do not need to visit you to give you a budget, since I have all the information that I receive with your reservation, for this reason it is necessary that you enter the correct information so that the estimate is real.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is based on my performance in cleaning companies for 1 year and 6 months doing this job independently. I believe that practice makes perfect as long as you do everything with love, efficiency and quality.
