FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by home size, condition, and type of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out). First-time and one-time cleanings are a bit higher because they take longer. Recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are discounted. Extras like inside oven/fridge or heavy pet hair are available for an additional fee and always included in your quote. We don’t charge hidden fees—any extra costs are discussed and approved with you in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions about your home: number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate size, pets, current condition, and any problem areas. Based on that, we recommend the right type of cleaning, give you a clear price range, and offer available dates. Once you approve, we schedule the visit and send a confirmation. On the day of service, we arrive in the agreed window, review priorities if needed, and then clean your home thoroughly from top to bottom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Zero Dust Cleaning is owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team, both licensed healthcare professionals with over 27 years of experience each. In healthcare, cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail are non-negotiable. We bring that same mindset into every home we clean and train our team to follow clear checklists and focus on high-touch, high-use areas.
