- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear and honest pricing from the start. If you are searching for junk removal in Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, or the Tampa Bay area, one of the biggest issues customers run into is pricing that changes after the job begins. We do things differently. We provide a firm upfront price on site before any work starts. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no last minute add ons once we begin. Our pricing is based on volume, labor, and disposal, and we explain everything clearly so you know exactly what you are paying for. Be cautious of very low quotes. In many cases, those prices are used to secure the job, and once other companies are turned away, the price increases. This is commonly known as a bait and switch. We also offer discounts for larger cleanouts, repeat customers, and certain situations depending on the job. Whether you need same day junk removal, furniture removal, or a full cleanout in Pinellas County or surrounding areas, our goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and stress free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple. First, you call or message us. Second, we schedule a time that works for you. Third, we arrive and give a clear upfront price. Fourth, once approved, we start right away. Fifth, we load everything and clean up before we leave. Most jobs are completed the same day, so you do not have to wait or deal with multiple visits. For dump trailer rentals, we deliver the trailer, explain everything, and pick it up when you are finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from doing this work every day. We have hands on training in junk removal, safe lifting, proper loading, and responsible disposal. We handle everything from basic pickups to large cleanouts, including estates and heavily cluttered homes. Our team focuses on safety, efficiency, and making sure each job is done the right way from start to finish.
