- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have an exact standard for pricing because every job is so different. If we pick up a bedroom set or assorted junk/debris from your garage we are not going to charge you the same as we would to remove those same items on a third floor apartment with no elevator. We do however give you an exact price that includes Labor, Tax, and all disposal fees minutes after you send a request and we get all the information we need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can give an exact price to our potential customer minutes after they send a request with either a phone call to get more details or even better yet is when our clients are able to take and send us pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in Junk Removal and Property turnover work.
