Chef Frank made a fabulous taco dinner (with plenty of side veggies and garnishes) for our group of 15 people. Chef Frank was super responsive via thumbtack, email, and phone. He was on time, professional, and most importantly the food was superb. We didn't have to go out, cook for ourselves, and the meal was scrumptious, healthy, and affordable. I surprised my husband with Chef Frank for his very last day of work! Husband retired after 44 years with the YMCA! Chef Frank was absolutely wonderful and made us lasagna, chicken visuvio, salad, bruschetta, and chocolate cake for dessert! We even had leftovers tonight, with even more left over for tomorrow! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After a brief discussion with the customer, I will identify appropriate dishes and recipes to teach. I will provide the ingredients and materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always taking new classes to keep up with changing trends in the culinary field. Reading and learning new recipes. And of course trying new restaurants to see whats new.
