Frank was absolutely amazing and he made our anniversary dinner very very special. Super nice guy gave us some great tips on different seasoning and cooking tips. He made a great fillet and the presentation throughout was even better than going out to a nice restaurant. We will definitely be requesting him again in the future and highly recommend them for anyone else.

We hired Frank to cook dinners for our family vacation and we were very glad we did! He easily accomodated our group of 10 adults and 2 young children with our special requests and dietary restrictions. We especially loved his Italian specialties- eggplant rolatini, tomato sauce, seafood sauce, meatballs, Chicken Vesuvio and Porchetta. He adjusted the spice after we told him we liked it hot! He suggested the menu after he learned about our tastes and Italian family background. The kids normally eat just buttered noodles but they loved his tomato sauce made from freshly picked tomatoes. He cooked for 3 of our 7 nights and there was lots of leftovers for lunches. The desserts- fresh cannoli, Tiramisu and Limoncello cake were amazing. His homemade balsamic salad dressing was perfect! Frank is extremely warm and friendly, and he blended in nicely with the family vibe. We wish we could take him home with us!

Frank is wonderful- I felt totally comfortable with him in our home, captaining our dining ship. He brought the most DELICIOUS tomatoes from his personal farming/gardening connection that were heads above the store bought that lack flavor. Ask him for his story about how he got into food :)

After a brief discussion with the customer, I will identify appropriate dishes and recipes to teach. I will provide the ingredients and materials.

Always taking new classes to keep up with changing trends in the culinary field. Reading and learning new recipes. And of course trying new restaurants to see whats new.
