Christmas and New Year's planning, prep, and execution left me so exhausted that I needed HELP with my husbands January birthday celebration. Chef LD was a God send!! He, with the help of Jordan, prepared and served an excellent 4 course meal AND left my kitchen the way they found it(no clean up needee)!! The food was really good, and I was actually able to personally entertain my guests for a change, lol. We will certainly book him again. You have a bright future young man and thank you for creating a memorable bday for my hubby. Did I mention he pit this together in less than 48 hours!?! Yep!The Cowans.
