Investor’s Choice has all of the traits and attributes you look for when dealing with anything of value such as real estate. Working with Joe was always a pleasure and he kept my condo leased out for about 10 years under less than ideal conditions (due to HOA bylaws) and promptly sold the unit hassle-free when I was ready to sell. He was instrumental in maintaining and renovating the condo for maximum value and I always felt comfortable with his fiduciary ethic.

    Pricing depends on the amount of properties and or the volume of rent collected. I do what I can to make using a property manager fit with their projected ROI.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I work with the clients how they wish: I use the communication methods that fit their needs. Please let me know your preferences.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started property management by buying my own properties. I was a high school teacher and Head Football Coach and needed to supplement my income. As my portfolio grew, friends and family started asking me to help them invest in real estate. Well that led the business I have today.
