Being first time owners of a rental property working with a property manager with us being in a different state was hard as we needed to be able to have trust both ways. The team at Rent Sunny Florida was able to know what we wanted out of our unit and how we wanted to take care of it and they treated it like it was there own. The team was always easy to get ahold of and responsive to answer any questions even if they needed to reach out to someone else on the team for an answer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a very fair management fee which includes light bulbs, batteries and monthly a/c filters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it very easy on our owners, we do all the work. We will come to your home and take photos and do an inspection. We will add your home to our website and put it on many channels for marketing. We will license your vacation rental if needed and supply the owners with monthly financial statements and revenue checks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed property management company with over 27 years of experience. We keep up with the trends by attending trade shows and conventions.
