Hi Connie. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your help with the condo I recently rented from you for a week. On the advice of a co-worker this was the first time I ever rented a condo while on vacation instead of staying in a hotel. You said during our initial conversation that my family and I were in for a terrific time, and it could not have turned out any better. You got the ball rolling with the rental process which was quick and well organized. I came with a group of 8 people and would have paid so much more staying at a hotel. I found our condo to be clean, spacious, and I absolutely loved that it was furnished with a tropical theme. You and your staff really delivered on everything Connie. You were so eager to help me and each member of your staff was the same way. I think it is very important to let someone know when they do an outstanding job, and thanks to your assistance it really turned out to be a memorable vacation. In fact, my kids are calling it our best ever and they want to come back again next year. Connie, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with you. You treated us so well and gave us great advice on all the "hot spots" to visit. It is very likely that we will visit Florida again in the future, so plan on hearing from me. Being first time owners of a rental property working with a property manager with us being in a different state was hard as we needed to be able to have trust both ways. The team at Rent Sunny Florida was able to know what we wanted out of our unit and how we wanted to take care of it and they treated it like it was there own. The team was always easy to get ahold of and responsive to answer any questions even if they needed to reach out to someone else on the team for an answer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a very fair management fee which includes light bulbs, batteries and monthly a/c filters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it very easy on our owners, we do all the work. We will come to your home and take photos and do an inspection. We will add your home to our website and put it on many channels for marketing. We will license your vacation rental if needed and supply the owners with monthly financial statements and revenue checks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed property management company with over 27 years of experience. We keep up with the trends by attending trade shows and conventions.
