- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would start with their current resume to get their basic information. I would then ask them for updates to their education, skills, and work history. I would ask what they hope to achieve with the finalized resume. I would then work to create a resume that meets their needs. Everything is done remotely and mostly via email/text/phone.
