- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free, we do not charge any service fees. The only charges during the estimate process would occur If it is necessary to perform troubleshooting or diagnostic work to be able to provide an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical service call process will start with our technician dispatched to your home to perform an overview of the current condition of the system as well as the individual reason for calling, once our technician has performed their overview and explained their findings to the client they will provide estimates to perform the necessary or desired work, with the clients approval we will then either begin the work same day or schedule the job depending on timing
