- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on stump size, number of stumps, and site access. I’m happy to give a clear estimate up front, often from photos, or in person if needed. I don’t charge surprise fees. If I’m already on site and additional stumps are added, I can usually offer better per-stump pricing since the equipment is already there. No pressure, no upselling - just fair pricing for the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple and straightforward. 1. You reach out with details or photos of the stump(s). 2. I provide an estimate or schedule a quick look if needed. 3. Once approved, I schedule the job and handle the grinding efficiently and safely. I communicate clearly, show up when I say I will, and leave the area clean
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed hands-on work and solving outdoor problems. After doing property work and equipment projects for years, stump grinding became a natural fit. I decided to focus specifically on stump grinding and site clearing so I could do it right, safely, and efficiently, instead of being a “does everything” contractor.
