- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many folks have told us our pricing is very fair and competitive. Others have stated that we were not the cheapest, but they are the most comfortable talking and dealing with our company. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED CASH, CHECK, AND CREDIT CARDS. We carry a $1,000,000 liability policy, a very comprehensive Worker's Compensation plan for our employees, have $500,000 in brand new equipment (2 Bucket Trucks, Grapple Truck, Chip Trucks, Chippers, and Stump Grinder), and have a 7 man crew and the KNOWLEDGE to overcome any scenario you could possibly think of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact made to TreeCology will be met by the Owner/ Operating Partner- Brett Clark. He will take down your info and you will then be contacted by our Arborist or estimator to set up a time to meet. From there, we will give you a free property evaluation and take a look at any trees that you might be curious about. Upon completion, we will make recommendations for preventive or corrective action. If you bless us with the opportunity, we will find a place for you on the schedule (typically 1-10 days) or start the permit process, if needed. If a permit is necessary, we will go to the applicable municipality and handle everything from start to finish. Depending on location, the permit process may take 3-7 days. After the work is completed, and you are 150% satisfied, we will make arrangements for payment. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit, and Check.
