- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a very upfront price system. We do not have yearly contracts. We believe that, if you're satisfied with our services, you'll stay with us. And if you're not, we'd love to hear from you what we can do differently to improve. We're no big corporate offices, we learn your name and we can provide custom quotes as well if you need us to do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love coffee and a good business talk! If you're a Tampa Bay area local, we'd like to meet up and talk about your needs and expectations about your website. If you're from out of town/ State, we will schedule a Facetime/ Google Hangouts/ Skype call to talk about your business needs. (We love how technology makes us closer :) ) We keep track of all your requirements. After listening to your needs, we provide a custom quote. We do offer flat prices for most of our services, however, if you have a specific request, we can provide you with a fair price as well. After you're happy with our price and we our work examples, we will ask you to fill out a couple of forms based on what you need (a Web Design questionnaire/ Business information for SEO, etc). One of the top concerns we have is: We want to design what you envision! That's why you have the chance to provide examples of what you like/ dislike. We also provide our own examples of what different features are called and if you'd like them on your website.
