- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary widely on the condition of your concrete surface and whether you are looking for vinyl flake, quartz flake or a metallic design. Prices are based on square footage but for small spaces like backyard patios or lanai’s a minimum price may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation in order to understand each customer’s unique needs and expectations for their floor. Followed by an in-person estimate and measurement of the floor. We have many options for vinyl and quartz flake systems as well as unique one-of-a-kind metallic resin designs. Once a selection is made we immediately schedule a day to get started on your dream project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several continuing education classes, including a 5 day hands on design course with the Epoxy School of Tampa to design unique works of art for your space.
