In any consumer service industry, honesty and professionalism are the main hallmarks of a successful business. Value, and responsiveness are also key to any company's credibility, especially when dealing with any home service industry when emergencies can happen at any time, at any hour. Having a reliable service you can count on gives piece of mind that is priceless. You can count on all of these from the crews at Resurrection Plumbing and Drain. I recently called Resurrection to help with a plumbing issue that could have become a critical issue very quickly if not dealt with timely. Brandon and David responded immediately despite calling late on a Saturday evening. They serviced what eventually turned out to be a minor issue and in doing so kept it from becoming much bigger. Where many service providers would fully take advantage of an after-hours weekend call, the guys at Resurrection performed the repair at an extremely reasonable cost, one which I was pleasantly surprised and glad to pay. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future plumbing service needs!

This company was such a pleasure to work with! We need some pipes rerouted and others capped off, and had other companies quote us outrageous prices claiming it was a full day’s work. David quoted us a very reasonable price and was in and out in less than 3 hours and did a great job. We will be calling him for all future plumbing work and you should too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company. We do not charge by the hour but by the task. We offer free estimates. 10% discount to active and retired veterans as well as first responders (police,fire,paramedics).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer as a friend and family member. We strive to build a relationship with every customer not just a business transaction. So with new customers we try to ensure we take the time to talk to them on a personal level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our education is in the field learning from people with far more experience then both of us. We both also attended Cam Tech for additional training and we try to attend any form of continued education.
