Jessica did an excellent job! She was always responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I was coming in from out of town, and she made everything feel effortless and stress-free. She was punctual, easy to work with, and truly talented at what she does. The balloon arch turned out absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jessica for anyone looking for exceptional service and stunning event décor!
