Jerome was far and beyond my expectations. Guest loved all the food that was served. Everyone was asking who was the caterer the whole time for they were satisfied and enjoyed every last bite. Jerome and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy that I chose his catering for my wedding. The food was great and arrived on time! We like to start with a phone conversation to get to know our new customers, and so that they can get to know us. Then, we communicate menus and pricing via an official quote document.
