Jerome was far and beyond my expectations. Guest loved all the food that was served. Everyone was asking who was the caterer the whole time for they were satisfied and enjoyed every last bite. We are competitive in our pricing, but focus on delivering high quality!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone conversation to get to know our new customers, and so that they can get to know us. Then, we communicate menus and pricing via an official quote document.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a formally trained chef, with a Master's degree in Business Administration.
