FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential cleans are generally tiered based on the intensity of the job. whereas commercial cleaning and medical pricing are based on square footage and specific sanitation requirements. Commercial cleaning also differs by packages I offer as in monthly and weekly. Residential cleans I tend to do as a daily or weekly only option currently but, I am always willing to work out any schedule for a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would identify what type of clean a customer needs by asking some basic questions. I'd then identify if the client needs a standard mainenance clean or a deep "restoration" clean. As well as providing a price quote depending on which clean needed and the criteria I follow to determine pricing for each type of clean.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential clients which include homeowners and renters who require a standard of clean that goes beyond the surface level. Commercial business clients which covers professional workspaces where maintaining a clean, germ-free environment is essential for employee productivity and client impressions. Medical and clinical facilities I also work with and they are the clients needed the highest level of sanitation!
