Eric was fantastic to say the least. I had an electrical issue at my house, I thought I knew what I was doing and I lost power to part of my house. I reached out to few contractors and was floored by the cost that some of these companies were charging me to come take a look. I’ve used this app before for my computer, so I decided to give it another shot for my current issue. I put in my request and ETD responded within a hour. Scheduled a time and quoted me the fairest price that I came across in my search. Eric was like a ninja, in and out without breaking a sweat, within 20 minutes. Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Would highly recommend. They were quick to get out to my place diagnosed problem and offered options to fix. Quick to set up appointment after estimate. The work was quality and answered any questions I had along with explaining what they did. Very nice people as well. Will be using them again when I do some upgrades to my place.
